1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any ZedCourier portal or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. ZedCourier is operated by Webdev Technologies Limited, registered in Zambia.

2. Description of Service

ZedCourier is a digital logistics platform that facilitates parcel booking, tracking, dispatch, and delivery management across Zambia. The platform comprises multiple portals serving consumers, station agents, courier companies, and administrators.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Accounts may not be transferred or shared with third parties.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation of these terms.

4. Parcel Services

  • All parcels must be accurately described. Misdeclaration of contents is prohibited.
  • Prohibited items include but are not limited to: illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, and counterfeit goods.
  • ZedCourier is not liable for damage to parcels that are improperly packaged by the sender.
  • Declared values are used for assessment purposes. ZedCourier's liability is limited to the declared value of the parcel.
  • Parcels uncollected after 14 days of notification may be returned or disposed of at ZedCourier's discretion.

5. Payments

  • All prices are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payment is required at the time of parcel intake.
  • Refunds are subject to ZedCourier's refund policy and are processed within 7–14 business days.
  • ZedCourier uses third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for payment processor errors or downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Zambian law, ZedCourier and Webdev Technologies Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the ZedCourier platform are the intellectual property of Webdev Technologies Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation.
  • Submit false parcel declarations or fraudulent payment information.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
